What is the return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item you can return it within 14 days of receiving the parcel. In this case, it is necessary to contact Customer Service at email@example.com
The amount of the refund is calculated based on the value of the products. The only exception is when the product arrives damaged or different from what was ordered. In such a situation, the entire amount paid including delivery costs will be refunded.
If the return is due to the fault of the Buyer, the Buyer shall bear the costs of sending the parcel back.
Conditions for returns and complaints
1. Refunds can be made within 14 days of receipt of shipment. The moment the return procedure starts is when you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating that you wish to return the product.
2. Returned items cannot be worn, washed, damaged. Original tags must be attached to the product and the product itself must be packed in the original plastic bag.
3. It is unacceptable to send the product back without first contacting Customer Service. It is necessary to obtain a Return Form and include it with your shipment.
4. Once we have received the returned goods with the form, they will be inspected as soon as possible but within no more than 14 working days.
5. You will be notified by email when the return verification process is complete. Refunds will be made by the same method used to make the original payment for the order.
6. For hygienic reasons it is not possible to return swimsuits, underwear, jewelry. Returns are possible only if the product is damaged.
7. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any associated additional charges.
Please do not send your return to the address on the package. This is not our return address and sending the package will cause a significant delay in the entire process. After contacting Customer Service, you will receive the return address.
