The data records stored in this process contain the following data, which are stored until automatic deletion:

- Ensuring a comfortable use of our website,
- Evaluation of system security and stability.
A direct conclusion to your identity is not possible on the basis of the information and will not be drawn by us. The data is stored and automatically deleted after the aforementioned purposes have been achieved. The standard periods for deletion are based on the criterion of necessity.
Cookies, tracking, social media plugins
We use so-called cookies, tracking tools, targeting methods and social media plugins for our website. The exact procedures involved and how your data is used for this purpose are explained in detail below.
Geo-localisation
If you have consented to so-called geo-localisation in your browser or operating system or other settings of your respective end device, we use this function to be able to offer you individual services related to your current location. We process your location data processed in this way exclusively for this function. If you terminate the use of this function, the data will be deleted.
Data processing when concluding a contract
If you register on our website and/or conclude a contract with us, we process the data required for the conclusion, performance or termination of the contract with you. This may include:
- First name, last name
- Billing and delivery address
- E-mail address
- Billing and payment details
- Telephone number
The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR, i.e. you provide us with the data on the basis of the respective contractual relationship (e.g. management of your customer/user account, processing of a purchase contract) between you and us. We are also obliged to process your e-mail address in the event of a purchase via our website to commercial law requirements and to send an electronic order confirmation (Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR).
Insofar as we do not use your data for advertising purposes (see below), we store the data collected for the processing of the contract for the duration of the contract as well as until the expiry of the statutory or possible contractual warranty and guarantee rights. After expiry of this period, we retain the information of the contractual relationship required by commercial and tax law for the periods determined by law. For this period, the data will be processed again solely in the event of an audit by the tax authorities.
Your payment data will be passed on to payment service providers commissioned by us to process the payment(s). We pass on details of your delivery address to logistics companies and shipping partners commissioned by us. In order to ensure that the goods are delivered in accordance with your wishes, we transmit your e-mail address and, if applicable, telephone number to the logistics company and/or shipping partner commissioned by us to carry out the delivery. If necessary, they will contact you in advance of the delivery in order to coordinate the details of the delivery with you. The respective data will be transmitted solely for the respective purposes and deleted again after delivery has taken place.
Identity and credit checks
Where necessary and required by law, we verify your identity by using information from service providers. The legal basis for this is Article 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. The authorisation for this is based on the protection of your identity and the prevention of fraud attempts at our expense. The circumstance and the result of our enquiry will be added to your customer account or your guest account for the duration of the contractual relationship.
Use of data for fraud prevention purposes
The data you provide in the context of an order may be used to check whether an atypical order transaction has occurred (e.g. simultaneous ordering of a large number of goods to the same address using different customer accounts). In principle, we have a legitimate interest in carrying out such a check. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Transmission of data to transport service providers
For the purpose of delivering ordered goods, we work together with logistics service providers/transport companies and/or shipping partners. The following data may be transmitted to them for the purpose of delivery of the ordered goods or for their announcement: First name, last name, postal address The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
Processors
Evoranow uses processors in the context of processing your data. A processor is a natural or legal person, authority, institution or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the data controller. Processors do not use the data for their own purposes, but carry out the data processing exclusively for the controller. If, for example, you buy an article from Evoranow, you transmit, among other things, your e-mail address to Evoranow for the purpose of sending an order confirmation by Evoranow. Evoranow is therefore the data controller for this data processing. For the purpose of sending an order confirmation, your e-mail address is then transmitted to a service provider. This service provider then takes over the sending of the order confirmation to you for the purchased item. For this purpose, the service provider processes your e-mail address on behalf of Evoranow.
Data processing for advertising purposes
In principle, we have a legitimate interest in using your data for marketing purposes. We collect the following data for our own marketing purposes and for the marketing purposes of third parties: first name, last name, postal address.
The aforementioned data may also be transmitted to third parties (advertisers) for this purpose. We are also entitled to store additional personal data about you for our own marketing purposes and for the marketing purposes of third parties, in compliance with the statutory provisions. The aim is to send you advertising that is geared solely to your actual or perceived needs and not to bother you with useless advertising.
The stored data will not be passed on to third parties. Furthermore, the responsible party pseudonymises / anonymises personal data collected about you for the purpose of using the pseudonymised / anonymised data for its own marketing purposes as well as for marketing purposes of third parties (advertisers).
The pseudonymised / anonymised data may also be used to advertise to you individually online, in which case the advertising may be controlled by a service provider / agency. The legal basis for the use of personal data for marketing purposes is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
You can object to the use of your personal data for the aforementioned marketing purposes at any time free of charge with effect for the future by contacting us.
If you object, your data will be blocked for further data processing for advertising purposes. We would like to point out that in exceptional cases, advertising material may still be sent temporarily after receipt of your objection. This is technically due to the necessary lead time within the selection process and does not mean that we have not implemented your objection.
Newsletter
On our website we offer you the possibility to register for our newsletter. To ensure that no mistakes are made when entering the e-mail address, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure (DOI procedure): After you have entered your e-mail address in the registration field and given your consent to receive our newsletter, we will send you a confirmation link to the address you have provided. Only when you click on this confirmation link will your e-mail address be included in our distribution list for sending our newsletter. The legal basis for this data processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
You can revoke your consent yourself at any time with effect for the future using the unsubscribe option at the end of each newsletter or by contacting us.
Product recommendations by e-mail
As an existing customer of our online shop, you will regularly receive product recommendations from us by e-mail. You will receive these product recommendations from us regardless of whether you have subscribed to a newsletter. In doing so, we use the e-mail address you provided in the context of the purchase to advertise our own goods and / or services that are similar to those you have purchased from us on the basis of an order you have already placed. The legal basis for this data processing is Article 6 paragraph 1 f) of the GDPR.
You can revoke your consent yourself at any time with effect for the future using the unsubscribe option at the end of each newsletter or by contacting us.
Online presence and website optimisation (using cookies) including consents
As the operator of www.evoranow.com, Evoranow collects data on the behaviour of users on www.evoranow.com (tracking data). This includes, among other things, which individual sub-pages (article detail pages) have been called up. For this purpose, Evoranow and / or partners of Evoranow may, among other things, set cookies in the browser used by the respective user. The collection of tracking data is only permissible if you have given your prior consent. You can give such consent by clicking on the "OK" button in the "cookie banner" displayed on www.evoranow.com. However, the granting of consent is not necessary for the processing of such tracking data, which is required for the website www.evoranow.com to offer its services. This includes, for example, the setting of cookies for the purpose of displaying the shopping basket. Evoranow may use the information about your usage behaviour, among other things, to display offers of interest to you on www.evoranow.com or to advertise to you on other web sites using personalised content (e.g. retargeting).
Insofar as personal data about your usage behaviour on www.evoranow.com can also be used by other providers, e.g. for the purpose of "enriching own information", such use will also only take place in these cases if you have consented to this beforehand. In these
cases, the further processing of the data collected on Evoranow.com regularly takes place under the sole responsibility of the providers. The providers may transfer the data to the USA as part of this further processing. The European Court of Justice has determined with regard to the USA that it is a country with an insufficient level of data protection. In this context, there is a particular risk that your data will be processed by American institutions/authorities for control and monitoring purposes without you having an adequate legal remedy against this. Tracking data that Evoranow collects and stores itself is processed by Evoranow exclusively in pseudonymised form. This prevents an allocation of the data to your person.
If you would like to delete individual cookies set in your browser or find out which service providers / suppliers have set cookies in your browser, you can do this / find out via a "preference manager". Such a preference manager is available, for example, at www.youronlinechoices.com. You also have the option of setting your browser in such a way that it prevents cookies from being set or only allows certain types of cookies to be set.
Cookies - General information and obligation to consent
Cookies are used on this website. Cookies are small text files that are automatically created by your browser and stored on your end device (laptop, tablet, smartphone or similar). Information is stored in the cookie that is related to the specific end device used. However, this does not mean that we gain direct knowledge of your identity. Some of the cookies we use are deleted at the end of the browser session (so-called session cookies). These enable us to offer you, for example, the cross-page shopping basket display, in which you can see how many items are currently in your shopping basket and what your current purchase value is.
Other cookies remain on your computer and enable us to recognise your computer on your next visit (so-called permanent or cross-session cookies). These cookies in particular serve, among other things, to make our offer more attractive to you. Thanks to these files, it is possible, for example, for you to receive information on the website www.evoranow.com that is specifically tailored to your interests.
According to legal requirements, the storage of information on end devices (desktops, mobile phones, tablets, etc.) - e.g. by setting cookies - and the retrieval of information from end devices (tracking) is only permitted if you have given your prior consent. However, consent does not have to be given if such storage/retrieval is necessary for the website to function. A necessity is given, for example, with regard to ensuring the following functionalities / achieving the following purposes:
- Display of the shopping basket,
- Display of the notepad,
- Enabling and maintaining the log-in,
- Ensuring system security.
With regard to the data processing that is necessary for the operation of the website, you do not have the right to object.
You can use the website www.evoranow.com without data being retrieved from or stored on your end device for purposes that are not necessary for the website www.evoranow.com to offer. For this reason, only "basic tracking" is activated when you use the website www.evoranow.com - unless you give your consent to further use.
Intervention options / browser settings
You can, of course, set your browser so that it does not store certain cookies on your end device. The help function in the menu bar of most web browsers explains how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have your browser notify you when you receive a new cookie or how to delete all cookies you have already received and block them for all further cookies.

On our web site, information about your surfing behaviour is collected when you give your consent. This information may be combined with information about your surfing behaviour on other websites (tracking data). In addition, data about you is collected on this website insofar as you create a customer account and/or purchase goods via this website. Data is also collected during the processing of contracts concluded via this website (customer account / contract and processing data). This data can be combined with the tracking data and other customer account / contract / and processing data. The tracking data and the customer account / contract and settlement data are stored anonymously with an independent data trustee. Personal data such as your name, e-mail address, date of birth, etc. are not transmitted at all. The data trustee creates information about your preferences (e.g. fashion affinity) on the basis of the anonymised data received. No information on particularly sensitive data (e.g. political views, state of health) is created and no such sensitive data is used in the process of creating preferences.
in order to enable third parties (advertisers) to play individualised advertising to you on third-party websites (so-called "publishers"). In this context, the data will not be passed on to the advertisers or the website operators (publishers). The legal basis for the data processing described above is the consent provided for in Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
If you no longer wish the cross-website collection of tracking data for the aforementioned purpose, you can revoke your consent.
Social media plug-ins
We use social plug-ins from the social networks Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest on our website on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR in order to raise awareness of our company via these. The underlying promotional purpose is to be regarded as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR.
The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by the respective provider, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, can be found in the respective privacy policy of the provider, which we link to below.
By logging out of the pages of social networks beforehand and deleting cookies that have been set, you can prevent social networks from assigning the information collected about you to your user account with the respective social network during your visit to www.evoranow.com. If you do not want social networks to use your data, you can delete the cookies. If you do not want social networks to directly assign the data collected via our website to your profile, you must log out of the corresponding social networks before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent the loading of the plugins with add-ons for your browser, e.g. with the script blocker "NoScript", which can be found at: http://noscript.net.
Advertising partners / third-party cookies
We work together with advertising partners in order to make the online offer on our site even more interesting for you. For this purpose, cookies are also set by our advertising partners when you visit our site (so-called third-party cookies). In the cookies of our advertising partners, information is also stored using pseudonyms about your user behaviour and your interests when you visit our site. In some cases, information is also collected that was obtained on other sites before you visited our site. Based on this information, you will be shown interest-related advertisements from our advertising partners. No personal data is stored and no usage profiles are merged with personal data about you. You can prevent our advertising partners from displaying interest-based advertisements by selecting the appropriate cookie setting in your browser.
Protection of your data in the customer account/user account
You have the option of opening a customer account/user account on this website. In this customer account, personal data about you is stored (including name, address, order information). In order to log in to the customer account, you must enter the e-mail address you used when registering and the password you assigned. Our password policy requires that you use a secure password which, among other things, should consist of 8 digits and must not include your name. We have taken very high technical and organisational measures to protect your data stored by us. However, effective protection of your data is only possible if you keep your access data safe and protect them from unauthorised access by third parties. It is often the case that users assign the same password for different services. You should avoid this at all costs. Furthermore, there is the phenomenon that third parties try to obtain login data and other information (e.g. credit card data) without authorisation via so-called "phishing e-mails". Please check requests for personal data very carefully for authenticity, especially if you receive them by e-mail. We permanently check whether there are any unauthorised log-ins to customer accounts. If we suspect that unauthorised access has taken place, we block the customer account. In addition, we may inform you if significant changes have been made to your customer account (e.g. change of address data or e-mail address) so that you can check whether the change was made lawfully or by an unauthorised third party.

You have the possibility to contact us in several ways. By e-mail, by telephone or by post. When you contact us, we use the personal data that you voluntarily provide in this context solely for the purpose of contacting you and processing your enquiry. Depending on the payment method, we forward your payment information to third parties (e.g. in the case of credit card payments, to your credit card provider). The legal basis for this data processing is Article 6(1)(a), Article 6(1)(b), GDPR and Article 6(1)(f), GDPR.

The mentioned processing operations include data transfer to the servers of the providers of tracking or targeting technologies commissioned by us and the Fulfillment of your order and our contractual obligations. The data transfer takes place on the basis of so-called standard contractual clauses or processing agreements.
Integration Of Services And Contents Of Third Parties
We use within our online offer on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR), content or services offered by third-party providers in order to integrate their content and services.
This always requires that the third-party providers of this content are aware of your IP address, since the content or service could not sendto your browserwithout the IP address. The IP address is thus required for the display of this content and we endeavor to use providers that only use your IP address for the delivery of the content or services. However, Third-party providers may also use so-called pixel tags (invisible graphics, also known as "web beacons") for statistical or marketing purposes. The "pixel tags" can be used toevaluate information such as visitor traffic on the pages of this website. The pseudonymous information may also be stored in cookies on the user's device and may contain, among other things, technical information about the browser and operating system, referring websites, time of visit and other information about the use of our online offer, as well as be linked to such information from other sources. Our service provider may include the providers already mentioned herein as well as Magento, Criteo, RTB House.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"). We have adjusted the configuration of Google Analytics so that only the website analysis function is used, unless separate consent has been given for the advertising functions. Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The cookies set by Google Analytics for measurement purposes are first-party cookies, which means that the cookie values of the data subjects are different for each customer (i.e. there is no single Google Analytics cookie ID used on all websites that use Google Analytics). The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. In the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, however, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
We use Google Analytics to analyse and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained enable us to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. In addition, we receive information about the functionality of our site (for example, to identify navigation problems).
When configuring Google Analytics, care was taken to ensure that Google receives this data as an order processor and is therefore not allowed to use this data for its own purposes. The configuration regarding the "Google Analytics advertising functions" is independent of this and is described in the corresponding section below, insofar as it is also used on this web site.
This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". This means that IP addresses are processed in a shortened form, thus excluding the possibility of personal references.
Google Ads (formerly Google Adwords)
We use the Google Ads Conversion service to draw attention to our attractive offers on external web sites with the help of advertising media (so-called Google Ads). We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the data of the advertising campaigns. In this way, we pursue the interest of showing you advertising that is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you and achieving a fair calculation of advertising costs.
These advertisements are delivered by Google via so-called "ad servers". For this purpose, we use ad server cookies, which can be used to measure certain parameters for measuring success, such as the display of the ads or clicks by users. If you access our website via a Google ad, Google Ads will store a cookie on your end device. These cookies usually lose their validity after 30 days and are not intended to identify you personally. The unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversions) and opt-out information (marking that the user no longer wishes to be addressed) are usually stored as analysis values for this cookie.
These cookies enable Google to recognise your internet browser. If a user visits certain pages of an Ads customer's web site and the cookie stored on their computer has not yet expired, Google and the customer will be able to recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page. A different cookie is assigned to each Ads customer. Cookies can therefore not be tracked via the web sites of Ads customers. We ourselves do not collect or process any personal data in the aforementioned advertising measures. We only receive statistical evaluations from Google. These evaluations enable us to recognise which of the advertising measures used are particularly effective. We do not receive any further data from the use of the advertising tools; in particular, we cannot identify users on the basis of this information.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Google's server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our state of knowledge: Through the integration of Ads Conversion, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding part of our website or clicked on an advertisement from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that the provider will obtain and store your IP address.
Google Optimize
The web analysis and optimisation service "Google Optimize" is used on our web site. We use the Google Optimize service to increase the attractiveness, content and functionality of our web site by providing new functions and content to a percentage of our users and statistically evaluating the change in usage. Google Optimize is a sub-service of Google Analytics (see section Google Analytics).
Google Optimize uses cookies that enable us to optimise and analyse your use of our web site. The information generated by these cookies about your use of our web site is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We use Google Optimize with IP anonymisation activated so that your IP address is shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of our website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your internet browser accordingly. In addition, you can prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of our web site (including your IP address) to Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en
Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager is a solution that allows us to manage so-called website tags via an interface (and thus, for example, integrate Google Analytics and other Google marketing services into our online offering). The tag manager itself (which implements the tags) does not process any personal data of the users. With regard to the processing of users' personal data, please refer to the following information on Google services.
Duration of data storage
The duration of the storage of the data collected about you depends on the purpose for which Evoranow processes the data. The data is stored for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose pursued. Insofar as Evoranow has to store certain categories of data for a certain period of time due to legal obligations (e.g. obligations under tax law), the continued storage of the data after its storage is no longer necessary for the achievement of the respective purpose will be exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the legal obligation. In this case, the data will be blocked for access.
